Find out where revenue is being lost. Then fix it in order.

The Growth Audit is a paid diagnostic of your full revenue system: offers, funnel, marketing-to-sales handoff, sales process, data, and follow-through. It ends with a prioritized implementation plan, not a stack of observations.

Why Analysis Comes First

Guessing is the most expensive strategy.

Most growth spending fails for one reason: the tactic came before the analysis. A new funnel built on a broken offer. A new agency feeding an unmanaged pipeline. A CRM rebuilt around a process nobody follows. The audit exists so that every dollar you spend after it is aimed at the actual constraint.

It's paid work because it is the work. Getting the analysis right determines whether everything after it pays. The question that drives all of it: does this system make it easier or harder to close?

Three depths. One method.

Every audit runs the same method: map the system, find the constraints, rank them by revenue impact. The tiers set how deep and how wide we go.

The Core-4 Audit

The focused entry point. A review of the four core areas of your marketing operation, Strategy, Operations, Acquisition, and Content, mapped against your stated goals. The fastest way to surface immediate opportunities and protect your operational spend.

Typically 5 days · Remote

The Growth Audit

The flagship. A full diagnostic across your revenue operation: brand and offer positioning, offer economics, funnel and campaign performance, the marketing-to-sales handoff, and the sales process itself. Built for businesses where optimization, profit maximization, or revenue growth is the goal.

Typically 10 days · Remote or in person

The MASTER Audit

The deepest tier: Marketing, Automation, Sales, Technology External Review. An end-to-end review of the customer lifecycle and everyone who touches it, including your people, vendors, technology, and budget. Built for executives who want a fully objective external read on the entire operation.

Typically 21 days · Remote or in person
Audit engagements typically range from $3,500 to $15,000 depending on tier and scope. Exact scope and pricing are set on a short call, because no two operations need identical depth.
What You Receive

A decision document, delivered live.

Every tier ends the same way. You receive a written executive summary of findings, ranked by revenue impact. We walk through them together in a live findings review: what we found, what it means, and exactly what to do about it. And you leave with a prioritized implementation plan broken into phases, so execution can begin the day the audit lands. Not a report that sits in a drawer.

Match the depth to the decision you're facing.

  • / Choose the Core-4 when you need a fast, focused read on the marketing operation and where the next 3 to 12 months of spend should go.
  • / Choose the Growth Audit when revenue is inconsistent and you need the full system diagnosed before anything gets rebuilt.
  • / Choose the MASTER when you want an objective external review of the entire operation, including the people, vendors, and technology running it.

Not sure? Book the call. Recommending the right tier takes about ten minutes.

Client Results

What a correct diagnosis is worth.

A well-known figure in the action sports community had a high-ticket live event that underperformed and a sales function that lived entirely on one owner's calendar. The diagnosis was structural: pricing and logistics that filtered out the audience, and owner-led selling that couldn't scale. We restructured the offer around a lower-ticket entry, built a sales process and assets that ran without her, and the program generated over $2 million across multiple cohorts and events in the following two years. Later attempts to replace that process underperformed it, which is its own kind of proof.

The Guarantee

We stand behind the work.

The audit is billed 50% to begin and 50% on delivery. If the findings don't provide the clarity and direction you were looking for, the second payment is not required.

After the Audit

The roadmap is yours. So is the choice.

Some clients hand the roadmap to their own team and execute it internally. Some have RevX design the system and oversee implementation. Some have us build and manage it directly. The audit is designed to stand on its own, and there is no obligation past it. In practice, most clients keep working with us, because the people who found the constraint are usually the fastest ones to fix it.

Questions, answered straight.

How long does an audit take?

Typically five days for the Core-4, ten for the Growth Audit, and twenty-one for the MASTER. Exact timelines are confirmed when we scope.

What do you need from us?

Access to your analytics, CRM, and campaign data, a short intake, and one or two conversations with the people who run marketing and sales. We handle the rest.

Remote or in person?

Every tier can run fully remote. The Growth Audit and MASTER can be delivered in person, including a live on-site findings review, for an additional fee plus travel.

What if the constraint is people, not systems?

Then that's what the findings will say. The audit covers process, technology, data, and the people operating them. We'd rather tell you an uncomfortable truth than sell you a system that won't survive your org chart.

Do you implement afterward?

Yes, if you want us to. RevX can build and manage the system directly, oversee your team's implementation, or hand off the roadmap entirely. No obligation either way.

Is this a sales pitch dressed as an audit?

No. The audit is the product, priced and delivered as one, and the guarantee applies to it directly. If the roadmap points to work we're not the right fit for, the roadmap says so.
